Daniela did my colour (for the 2nd time). Initially and 5 days on absolutely delighted with both. George was very keen to do what I wanted and check in with me as he cut and styled my hair. He identified immediately what was needed and styled it perfectly. Daniella knows her art and gives a beautiful head massage. Such lovely people in this salon too! Stylish salon, but totally welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend the Characters Team and definitely going back.

- Scarlett Added October 19, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Iwane is incredible, I've finally found a hairdresser who is consistently good with doing my blonde foils, and actually does them close to the scalp so I look like a natural blonde when I leave the salon. His attention to detail is impeccable and my mother now gets her hair done with him too! If you visit Characters, I'd definitely reccommend him as your hair dresser! That being said, everybody there is good and very friendly and accomodating. The owner is lovely and the salon itself is clean and sanitary.

I always feel nervous going to a hairdresser, but she made it a lovely experience and am so happy with with my long side bangs. She understood what I wanted perfectly.
