  Waiting time to get a script filled was ridiculously long. Waiting in the line to pay for our products was longer. Service is very average and the pharmacist not willing to help with a simple request. Not fulfilling his duty of care and not wanting to help.
  Their only saving grace is their location and why they're busy.

  I would give this store 5 stars if their security guards didn't treat everyone like they are a thief! Most Chemist Warehouse stores have aggressive security guards who treat everyone as if they have pinched something. The rudeness of the guards turns me off Chemist Warehouse. I once had a guard make me take everything out of my very full, well packed backpack. When I asked him about it, he said I spent too long in the face cream section. When I said I also brought $500 worth of facial skincare, he said "so?"
  
  They have a great range to choose from and most items have price labels on the shelves. The chemist area is friendly and efficient, even when they are incredibly busy.
  
  The checkout area could do with better signage to let new customers know where to line up. Checkout staff are always lovely and helpful.
