  One of the most relaxing, rewarding massages I've ever had in Sydney! The whole experience was enjoyable - the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff were very hardworking.
  I had a 1 hour oil, full body massage - my masseuse (her name was Joy, would highly recommend) was very attentive, and asked where I would like to focus on, how hard to massage, and if I had any prior injuries. I personally tend to have a tense neck and stiff lower back from sitting at a computer all day, and she was able to get out all the stress from the work week within the hour.
  Overall, I walked in tense, and walked out a better, more relaxed man. Will definitely be back in the future, couldn't recommend the place more!

  I've been to this place several times and have always enjoyed the massages. The last two times have been the worst experiences of my life. I'm not sure if they have changed staff/ownership. But yesterday when I visited I decided to get a 30 min foot massage and a 30 minute back massage which might I add, was recommended to me by the receptionist herself. My feet weren't touched the entire time.
  
  The lady that massaged me was a mature lady but didn't quite seem to know how to massage, I was in a couple's room with a friend and she kept on looking over to copy the techniques that the other therapist was doing. It was honestly the worst experience I've had with a massage therapist.
  She poured oil all over my underwear, left me uncovered without a towel and didn't actually massage me, rather she rubbed my skin til it started to burn.
  
  To top all of this, after it was finished, I spoke to the reception to give my honest feedback in the most polite way possible, and rather than being apologetic or offering a compensation, she decided to argue with me that the lady I had was with 20 years experience and was a very good therapist.
  
  Rest assured this place doesn't understand customer service nor do they want to.
  
  I spent $170 at this place. Never again.

  Average massage, paid for 30 mins and got 20 followed by 5 mins of wiping with a towel. when i questioned why she was done after only 25 mins all i got was an argument wiht her and the receptionist about the starting time when the large clock on the wall is there for all to see. Better off going to Tara Thai massage up the street, you will get tea, the full time you pay for and polite staff.

  Get a very good massage today. Went for 1.5hr massage today. Get 30 mins on reflexology and body oil massage plus free get hot stone massage as well.
  
  I used to have no oil massage. But once I tried the oil massage one. I would never turning back. Was very satisfying! My muscle become so relax. Feel reborn again! (Hahaha, now it sounds so over dramatic). But I really feel so thankful that i tried something new from my plan.
  
  Competitive price.
  Good service.
  Nice warm tea.

  I woke up with a headache and 2 panadol plus a massage from Sang Thai's cleared it up. The therapist also helped loosen up my frozen shoulder. Very relaxing & enjoyable.
