Horrible customer service. The "boss" thinks he can make up the rules. There is a promotion going on where you can redeem donuts nationwide which is even written in the terms and conditions. Yet he is unwilling to read it and let us redeem it because he thinks he can make his own rules.

Thankfully the person I spoke to on the Donut King customer service team helped me with my problem and will speak to the store about this.
