Staff member at the pickup point was rude and on multiple occasions insisted on charging additional processing fee's not mentioned anywhere on the website nor on the phone call during the booking, the same staff member took our credit card out of sight multiple times insisting it was needed for security purposes.
The van itself was very dirty inside with dry grass throughout the van. The rear tyres were very poor constantly loosing grip at very low speeds or any incline, making the van feel dangerous to drive.
