Dianne's classes have helped me to slow down, pay attention to my breathing and become more flexible in body and mind. I always leave class feeling more balanced and peaceful. I am so grateful for Yoga Light, for Dianne's teaching - always with kind loving discipline. If you are looking to start yoga, go to Di, she is the best!

I am so grateful and learned a lot about myself along the way. I am so glad she shares her beautiful gift with us in her yoga classes. A certain kind of magic happens in that room!
